Hard to go to sleep I have to mentally exhaust myself to be able to do so.
I've tried meditating to sleep and it doesn't work, neither does physical activity unless it is excessive and then I've done something like write a paper or drawn to tire out my mind.
I usually go to sleep at 1 am or 2 am and wake up betwenen 7 and 8.
Go to sleep at midnight I wake up at 6:30
Lately though it's been a toss up. IF other people are awake I can go to bed as late as 5 am and be up at 7:30 and function
or just not sleep at all and wander around in that lovely daze and still do what I need to for the day and then finally be able to sleep regularly that night.
When I was living on college campus it was even worse, I didn't sleep more often than not and when I did it was only for an hour or two. Especially if I end up with a muse on my art then sleep is especially elusive.
