It's gorgeous outside. I'm thinking today seems like a wonderful day to get outside, fill up the kiddie pool and get a tan and catch up with a friend while my little one has a blast in the water.

It's cold and grey here today. I'm staying inside. The boys head start teacher will be here in an hour. We play Kinect and have fun talking. Usually I don't go outside because I live in a bad area. (I have 3 violent sex offenders within 1000ft of my house.) Usually I hang out in doors. Once we move to a better area I'll take the boys outside.

Lately I've been going out onto my deck. We've got a table and chair set from IKEA. It's lovely. I read my book and enjoy being outside. I usually bring a cold drink outside to enjoy as well. It's really nice.

I stay inside. I'm too precious, I'll wilt and wither away. hahahaha

No seriously, there are medical reasons why I stay inside during the day so it doesn't matter if it's cold or hot, unless the sun's down I'm not going outside.

We are going up the road and jumping into the creek, taking the dog for a walk and target shooting our new .22's. The Forest Service is only 5 miles from my house so we do this often in the summer.

Damn fair skin. No houseboats and bikinis for me this summer. It's more fun to be in the water at night anyway, you never know what will try to greet you.

Fly kites!!!!

Walk about the parks complaining that none of the market people are out.

Play archery at the Mongolian Park, you know, the usual. Oh and the mountains too. Or the temples. When it's just too hot, some of us just retreat into the mountains as it is cooler with more intense sun!

me and friends crashed a local apt complex' pool - it was pretty fun.

I hear that. I break out into a horrible rash because I have fair skin. It's called Polymorphic Light Eruption. No fun in the sun for me either.

I like to stay indoors all day with the ac on high! But if we MUST go outside... Ice cream helps. I'm not a big fan of summer. I have fair skin and I want to keep it that way. I hate the heat and I hate sweating and I hate to go swimming. I'm so hateful. Ha.

Aww, all you poor people that suffer in the sun. That is awful.

I ended up filling up the kiddie pool for my little one, grabbed a magazine and spent a few hours in the sun while I got splashed.
