All chocolate is heavenly, but I happen to LOVE dark, and it is better for you. Once in a while, however, I get a craving for white..which, of course, is not "really chocolate" anyway.

There is SUCH a range of Dark Chocolate now, it's amazing. From 80% and VERY "bitter" to a very "kid friendly" and sweet 28% cocao blend.
