I don't usually buy milk & keep powdered &/or get a little at the store for cooking. I don't drink milk, but I use it for making yogurt & cheese and for cooking & baking.
I'm not a fan of milk at all, but try to drink it a little. I like it in cereal of course, but I get skim and rarely 2%, which I am okay with. Can't handle whole milk though. It's just too much for me. I would like to try raw milk though, even though I know I'd hate that taste. But the benefits are supposed to be amazing.
after seeing a dietician, i switched to skim...used to think it tasted like milk water, i used to be a whole milk girl, lol, until i found out the fat equivilant in milk, and now 1% is too rich for me, lol
