Generally that stuff + EDM music. Just foam is called a foam party, not a rave. Most clubs have LEDs now. All the rave stuff is more commonplace than it used to be, so sometimes it's hard to draw the line between what is and isn't a rave. If they're playing pop or rap music - not a rave. If they're playing techno remixed of that, I still wouldn't consider it a rave. A rave has to have a genuine DJ, not just some dude/chick spinning remixes of shit.
The really good ones are underground, or so I hear. There's one club here that does a sorta rave thing and a few places that have DJs come and put on a decent rave. For the most part they're hard to come by now because all the good rave places got shut down over drugs.
"House" is a type of EDM, same as "trance," "electro-house," "dubstep," "techno," etc. So a "house club" is a club that plays house music. Usually also with lights and whatnot.
