Just a blue plastic traditional vibe, with a dial base to set the speed. I still have it, though I don't use it.

Mine was the Finger Fun and I got it from Spencers. I love it though! I'd use it more often now but it takes the more expensive watch batteries.

I can't tell you what it was exactly since it was a long time ago and my mom tossed the packaging but it looked almost exactly like this one except that just the dial itself on the black base was red. It was a good little toy, I lost it in our most recent move though.
