In Lauren's review they were used for cookies and eggs, and she even said they could be used for pancakes if tried. I wonder about cakes too! What about other things, like Rice Krispy Cakes or brownies. What would you try?
lol it would have to be a for a specific reason - wouldn't just make cookies or anything shaped as a pecker with 3 kids running around. Miniature shaped cheese cakes would be kinda cool though.
Well, there's one way of making sure the church bake sale never asks you to contribute again.
Church bake sale isn't good enough, I'm considering family parties. There will be no more, "hey I know you have papers and tests due all week and 75 bags of frosted cookies to make up, a job to go to, and a child to raise but what dish to pass are you bringing on Saturday?"
I had only thought about baking "cockies", but now that you bring up the subject, I think I'll make french toast and use them as molds for Rice Crispie treats. What do you think Snap, Cracke and Pop will have to say?
It may be hard to use these to make browies or cakes for a couple of reasons: there are only 3 so it would take awhile to do more than a few and the batters would probably leak. Rice Crispie treats is a better choice--they are easy to mix up, easy to mold, keep well and are a comfort yummy food we all remember from our childhood. Who hasn't eaten Rice Crispie treats and loved them.

I wish I were a better cook they are so cute and funny!
