I guess this is a funny topic, but...

Have you ever been up very late into the Night, that it was waaaaaaaaaaaaay past midNight, and you decided that you were gonna cook something all cozy and just enjoying your time, making a feast of something for yourself? :):):) And did you enjoy the hell out of the whole thing? :D ~grins

In what time of the day do you like to cook the most? Does it have a cool atmosphere sometimes to do it in a specific part of the day or Night? :):):)

I don't cook anymore my boyfriend does he's to picky. But when I did cook for myself and my kids I enjoyed cooking late at night which since they're all teenagers they enjoyed it because they didn't face the wrath of mom for being late for dinner.

I like cooking any time really but the best time I've ever had cooking anything was really early one Saturday morning when I made myself breakfast and took my meal and a large glass of milk outside to enjoy the early summer sunrise as I sat by the little brook in our back yard.
Not sure why exactly but that was the best morning of my life so far..just so peaceful and quiet with nothing but the birds singing in the trees and the soft gurgling noise of the brook. <3

I really love to cook and would usually cook all day, but with a kitchen being remodeled it makes it a lot tough! Normally, I cook in the afternoon in evening, or take turns with my mother sometimes in cooking on different days here and there. Cooking is my passion and it gives me great pleasure to see others enjoying the meals I made for them and also seeing their happy faces when they love it! I really wish I could go and take culinary classes! Maybe one day.
