Around 2-3 AM, so I guess that'd be night time.
People around here start getting out and about (mostly heading off to work) around 4ish, and all the lights aren't usually off until 2ish.
I'm not really a people person in general and I hate exercising in front of people so I take advantage of everyone being asleep to go out for walks.

Evenings to dusk. We walk our dogs in the mountains every evening at about this time.
