That sounds awesome, a headboard with compartments. I was going to spend about 60-70$ or more on getting a trunk that sits at the foot of the bed.
There's a headboard with shelves at Ikea that I keep thinking about. There's big thick headboard with shelves inside that roll out to either side. So you can totally hide everything in it or have it on display really easily. It's a few hundred dollars though, being a full on furniture item.

I took a standard underbed storage box (in black) and cut out foam pads to fit the bottom and sides. I then covered the foam with black faux fur (not shaggy). So, it's spacious, padded, and nice looking.
That sounds lovely!

You should! I was so surprised. They came in a few different colors too.

Yea, it seems so fun potentially. Like hide and reveal, you know?

I keep most my toys in my bedside drawer. All the toys I don't use or don't work for me I get rid of, so I never had my collection grow to the point where I needed major storage for it.

If I were to get new storage I would probably get nice a case like the one you saw, but not as deep. I wouldn't want my toys to be too piled one over the other. I like it when my toys are easy to reach.

I would probably get a storage box with divisions so I can set different toys in different sections that way it is always easy to find the right toy. Plus, they wouldn't piled one over the other, so again, easier to find the toy I need.

My S.O. and I each use a top drawer (in the two chests of drawers on either side of the bed) for our respective favorites, and we share a large communal bottom drawer for semi-retired toys. We also use two bedroom bookshelves, one for toys in their boxes and one for books, but we're not really worried about them being seen.

I keep them in the devine toychest. I had no idea they are now discontinued. I am so sad now.

I love your cats, they're adorable!

Aw, if only I was able to travel in it, though! I just drive a four-door car, and I'd need a big pickup with extreme braking ability to be able to go anywhere... it's just so I can work at the family business without actually living in my parents' house. (It's hard to live with family after you've spent several years on your own, you know?)
