By "ballsy dildo", do you mean a particular brand, or just a dildo with balls?
The reason I ask is because these all have low to medium material safety ratings. There are some nice realistic dildos with balls that are made of nicer/safer materials...

I've had the ballsy in purple (fuschia) and though I'm not sure if everyone has had a bad reaction to it, but I've read a few reviews of the material, and it has caused severe reactions when inserted. The same thing has happened to me as well, it caused a burning sensation that would not go away even when the toy was no longer inserted. I'm not allergic to PVC/Jelly/Rubber in any way, but I think the antibacterial properties of this toy caused a negative reaction. I don't mean to scare you, I just wanted to give you a heads up. Personally I would go with something silicone.

Also, I'd like to note that the ballsy does have a silicone superior just like it. The Super by Doc Johnson is made in the same form as the Ballsy, but it is made from silicone. They have a smaller version that comes in Beige and Purple, and a larger version that comes in Blue or Beige.
