I would choose, out of those, the silk sash cuffs just because they'll be simple to use. I would personally get something a bit more substantial if you're just wanting to try it out. Why not just use your partner's suit ties or a scarf?

for starting out go with something soft silk is always the best or something to that affect. I have found that fur (real or fake more so with fake) the leather cuffs will still chafe if the product is not made right. Also rope is good as long as you get the RIGHT kind. you dont want to bruse or chafe or even bleed while having sex (unless you are into that kind of roughness)

I have the tape in black, it's easy to use and it won't snag body hair/skin like I've heard the Fetish Fantasy Elite 20' Bondage Rope does.
It's pretty good for a beginner, I'd say...I do prefer rope or cuffs myself though.
