You are encouraged to have your mic turned on... you are also encouraged to invite them to turn their cam on (if you are comfortable with that) since it helps sales. I've been researching this a lot lately, but haven't signed up for any company yet- there are so many to choose from!
(PS, I would love recommendations if anyone knows a good one, and I don't mind saying that you referred me. And I could do couple shows on the weekends)
