When there's a spider in your house/apartment/dorm/e tc., who's the one who usually gets rid of it? Do you kill spiders, or just put them outside?

I actually do it a lot. I try to save them sometimes but they freak me out when they're fast so I just kill them

Hubby is scared of spiders and won't touch them.

I kill them only when they are inside my house. Inside is my space and they are intruding. I leave them alone outside, they need to leave me alone inside.

My partner does, definitely. I have arachnophobia. But as luck would have it, he's always at work when the big spiders come out.

My husband and I both kill spiders. If my husband's home when I see the pest, I'll have him do the work; if I'm home alone, then I'll be the one killing it.

It's usually me or my mother's bf that get rid of them, and nine times out of ten we kill them.
I feel a little bad for killing them, but I'm so afraid of them that I'd rather smash one with my bare hand than have it lingering around the house.

I kill them most of the time. Sometimes my fiance will, but usually he just leaves them alone cause he doesnt mind them.

After reading Huckleberry Finn in seventh grade, I vowed to never kill a spider again as long as I live, because it was only after killing a spider that Huck got into all that trouble. I usually leave spiders alone, maybe talk to them a little, and if they're really lost I'll put them back outside.

I should admit, while either my hubby or I would just kill it, often our dogs get there first...they pounce on the big brown spiders we get around here and it is all we can do to stop them from eating those same critters. Yuk.
