After years of debate we have finally figured out who is the blanket thief! It is the blanket troll that lives under our bed!! Why else would the blankets always be on the floor next to the bed?

We both steel the blankets. Simple solution was to put two blankets on the bed.

My Man has different ideas. He takes the ENTIRE sheet and drags it over his shoulder when he's ready to sleep. He takes pillow that DO NOT belong to him, he pulls the BOTTOM SHEET OUT from being tucked, and we have a water bed, so it really messes things up. Then he puts his big Man Feet ON TOP of my carefully constructed sheet and blankie sculpture and then I have to hit him....and he steals the covers..... less

I love my blankets and he hates them so I wrap my hand in the edge and try to hold on to them as long as possible. However he will jerk them away and toss them on the floor because he is hot. UGH it is a horrible fight almost every night.

I don't steal blankets.. and if I do, only for a short period.. I get hot/cold throughout the night, put them on, kick them off.. but if she has them, I don't pull them off her!

I used to be a serious blanket thief and when I'm alone at home I do tend to wrap myself up cocoon-like but when I'm with the lad I've been sharing nicely lately

We are both terrible blanket hogs. We solved that by each having our own blankets. I can't imagine trying to share. Shudders.

We have sheets, a thin blanket, bedspread, and then when it's really cold, a down comforter on top. However, I wake up and most of that is on the floor on his side and I'm uncovered and shivering. He's also a pillow thief. Either pulls mine out from under my head or inches his head over on mine.

I know I'm a total blanket hog. I'm always freezing at night, so I need a ton of blankets to be comfortable. He over-heats pretty easily, so it tends to work out nicely.
