Why can't toys be in a completely sealed casing?

I'm a little uncomfortable every time I get a new toy since the plastic casing just easily opens and closes. I think that EF is a trust-worthy site but then I think about other sites. Anybody can easily put a used toy back in the plastic casing and that's just plain gross. I wished toys had a completely sealed container like the kind you have to cut open. Why are medications completely sealed and batteries completely sealed but never a dildo or vibrator???

Products aren't sealed because brick and mortar stores are required to test products with motors before a customer leaves the store.

Even if you walked into the manufacturer and scooped one off the line directly, it wouldn't be sealed.

Stormy has is for the most part. Remember that most materials are poured into a mold during the manufacturing process, they are allowed to cure for a certain time before packaging but most materials take quite a while for the smell to fade. As such a sealed container would hold in the smell, this is why some materials can be "Aired out". It is also why you should wash each and every toy before use.
