it just hit me. i'm blue. i'm tired. i'm sleeping more. i'm missing my bike rides...eating more...and i'm very prickly. any advice on how to beat the winter blues? i need to write, but i don't even have the motivation to go to the coffee shop, which is where i do my writings. i need to be shaken back to life here. so, no booze, no meds...any other suggestions?
