So call me a guy for getting out the ruler to measure something! Just joking! I don't have one of *those*.....BUT I did get out the ruler to measure the width of my areolae. I'm going to be really nosy and ask you a question, but let me do it courteously:

Good day to all of you lovely ladies!! I would be ever so grateful if you could get a ruler out and lift up your blouse and bra (assuming you are wearing those things). Could you please gently measure and tell me the width (left to right) of your wonderful, beautiful areolae? Thank you for your time!

(If they are not the same size, put the average of the two.)

Ha. I've actually never measured mine until now. Over an inch but less than an inch and a half.

I didn't actually measure, but I guessed a bit. I'd honestly say I'm between 1.5" and 2.25"

My steel ruler was too chilly and made my nipples get hard, so I had to warm them back up to get an accurate measurement of my areolas in their relaxed state lol

Just a bit over 2 inches...I kinda wish they were smaller so they didn't peek out of my bras like it;s okay. It's so hard for me to find bras that cover them all the way!!

I got the same thing with my plastic ruler. And the temperature of the room.

I know right? I'm sitting here with my tape measure laughing! Asking my man if having a hard nipple will change my areola size. His reply? I don't know! Me neither! lol

Anyway, I'm a full C cup and my areola measured right at 1".

What I also think would be fun would be to list breast size in addition to areola size... but that would be a lot more work on the old poll maker. Because what I find so fascinating is the variety of configurations breasts come in.

I have B-ish cup boobs and my areolas came out to be 1 1/4" right on the dot! I would love to see a comparison between this and sensitivity!

Ps My computer tried to spell check areolas to alveolars, and it's now my new favorite word.
