To me it doesn't really matter what I take as long as I get to were I am going. But train rides are the best, I usually take one up to Seattle when I visit family there and the train ride tends to be the best part of the trip lol.
With the trains in our country going slower than before WWII and long distance buses being hot and stuffy in the summer and cold and stuffy in the winter I pick flying. I've never flown before but it's got to be better.
I've only been flying once, I've spent too many years on a bus and I hate that one dick on trains that has to be on the phone when everyone else is trying to sleep. I'm going to go with train though, because I like the rocking motion.
When it comes to travel, I like flying. It's so much faster than any of the other options. It's also a huge hassle though, and it's expensive. I often get rideshares on craigslist when I need to travel.
Train! I think I'd be a whimp if it came down to flying although I actually might be just fine with it. However, it's really hard not to worry after 9/11. Just that thought that would always be right there until you knew you were safe. I have anxiety!
