Anyone hear of Zumba Fitness or have seen the commercials? I've been wanting to buy the Zumba Fitness set for a while now but wasn't able to afford it at the time. Yesterday night while watching an Zumba Fitness informercial,(those things will kill your wallet sometimes) I was reeled in big time! I finally bought the DVD set that came with the free work out sticks and I also bought the shoes. I can't wait to try it out! I'm super excited.

I still have some baby weight to lose from my first pregnancy and I do love to dance so I feel that the Zumba Fitness workout will really help me lose the weight I want to lose.

Has anyone tried this? Did you love it or hate it? Did you get results? Or was it a waste of money? Would you like to try it?

I have two Zumba music CDs, but I don't take classes or have workout videos. I think if you have no formal dance training it's a fun way to get moving, however many dancers that I know are aghast at how the form they study is incorporated into the workout because moves are executed in a sloppy manner with poor posture, which can lead to injury.
