Being from the Cleveland area, we celebrate Sweetest Day as a slightly down sized Valentine's Day. I know it's mostly a regional thing, so I was wondering if there are any others who will celebrating on October 18th?
I personally like it, the weather is always better on Sweetest than it is on Valentines in my area. And it's a Saturday

Wow. I knew it was a regional thing, but I never realized that people didn't know about it. It's always neat to learn the different things different areas celebrate.

Thanks. As soon as I read this I called my mom to tell her about it. She was said,"You didn't know about that? I could go Hallmark today and buy a card for it. It's not just up north, it's everywhere."
