How do YOU choose who you follow on EF?

Generally if I have seen a review they made on one (or several) product that I have been browsing and found it useful and/or entertaining, I'll probably follow them. I will probably also base it the way I normally do regardless: if something catches my eye about them, I'll probably follow them.

I currently don't follow anyone at all. I usually don't even think to look at my wall or profile or whatever, so I'd never see it anyway. Actually, I just checked my profile and found out someone sent me a message several days ago, and I didn't even know it. Oops!

I love reading the reviews and I always give a rating when I read a review... But I usually add people that seem interesting from the forms and then read their reviews... its like a little eden circle of fun XP

There are several reasons I'll follow someone. A great review or a good article on SexIs is the primary way, followed by them following me, and clever/good interaction on the forums.

But a few of my follows were added solely because they have funny/witty screen names that made me giggle or cute/fun avatars.

Anyone who seems interesting for any reason in the twelve seconds before I click the follow button. Then I'm stuck with them for life, because I hate to unfollow. This is true here and on general sites like Tumblr.

I really do wish other people's "in my hands now" etc stuff wasn't posted on our walls. It takes up so much space, and I often use my page to get to the forum. Sometimes there will be 2 or more pages of someone else's wish list items, and while interesting, it takes up valuable space on the wall. I actually spend less time on "lures" than I would like, because I don't want to fill up other people's walls with my "interesting, but I'm not sure" etc about a load of toys. less
