I have tried it with the 360 controller, but I've not been able to get a strong, constant vibration from it - certainly not enough to cause an orgasm.

Yes! I used to use my 360 controller. I'd play Grand Theft Auto 5 and just run into walls in the car

I like non-consistent vibrations sometimes..the randomness was enough of a turn on to get me off

I've tried unsuccessfully ):
I need strong, constant vibrations to get off, though, and a game controller just doesn't have enough for me.

Yes I used the PS2's a couple times as a warm-up to something else. I didnt get off with it though.

Same here, only with a PS2 controller. Anything causing vibrations in a video game isn't going to last long enough to get you there, unless perhaps you can manage to play an explosion-heavy game with the controller held to your crotch the whole time.

No, but I have use a motorized toothbrush (new and never used in my mouth) got super horny at work, went to a store and picked one up, the back side of the brush worked good for a clit vibe and got the "job" done.
