I'm both intrigued and intimidated by the concept of electro-stim. I think it is something I'd like to try eventually, but I still can't shake the visual of hooking my genitals up to a car battery (I know it's nothing like that in reality, but the association in my brain remains).

I wouldn't say that e-stim toys look intimidating if not to know what they do. But electroshock on the sweetest body parts can be scary, especially for those who have never had such an experience. So when you decide to try this type of toys, I would advise starting with an option with the adjustable intensity of electro impulses.

As for me, before trying them, I was intimidated by toys with swirling petals like Lingua. It seemed to me too intense, too rough to be applied to my genitals. After reading some reviews, I decided to try such a toy, and actually, it turned out to be so amazing!

I had a similar reaction to Lingua when I first came across it on here. I think part of it for me was that the little wheel looked like it was hard plastic rather than the soft, flexible silicone that it actually is. I did eventually try the Lingua though, and I love it!
