No, I didn't, though I guess the reason for being fired depends on how the teacher went about it. As long as they didn't bring it into the classroom I say that it would be wrong to fire them (posting on a social network site, youtube, etc is another thing though) but it's one of those "personal opinions that can sway those of children don't belong in school". I had a teacher once who had this hatred for a president I didn't like, and I reported him to the principal over it. Despite my agreeing with him, it didn't belong in school.
So depending on how this was done, I may or may not agree with the firing.
