What political party are you?

Since this is a sex and politics forum I was curious what political party mix does Eden Fantasy's have?

Hey! What about people who don't identify as either male or female?

Neither. I do not like the political system. I identify as a humanitarian, a communist, an environmentalist, and open-minded. That fits none of the parties, really.

None of the above, as I am Canadian

Vote Mythos - the Great Cthulhu will eat us all, anyway.

H.P. Lovecraft would be proud.

(I actually did write in Cthulhu for the last election - they probably thought I meant the government as a whole. Feh. I prefer to be swallowed alive in one gulp.)

LOL! I actually had a poster in my office with Cthulhu 2008 - The Stars Are Right. And a T-shirt.

My ex-husband had the shirt from 2004. Someday the stars will be right for our party. Heh-heh-heh.

Two-Loves must be an Easterner. Out West this would never fly without a selection for independent.

Yeah, separating the gender option from the party option, or at least providing a few extra choices, may have been preferable.

That being said, I'm registered Democrat because my state has closed primaries, but I consider myself a member of the Green Peace party.

YOU ARE AWESOME!

"Why vote for the LESSER of two evils?"

I'm an idealist communist, communism in its truest form. Everyone works together and no one is more important than anyone else. This will never exist on Earth as long as people are self-serving and only look out for #1.

Since three of us are communists, perhaps that should have been an option, rather than "other." Riccio

Yeah I guess I should have added communist as another option. I just had no way of knowing which parties to put besides the Rep. and Dem. because there are so many. But, this is good, it is exactly what I was thinking I would find, the political landscape on EF is much different than the nation as a whole.

I don't identify with a party. I'm a social liberal and fiscal conservative, hence I find myself unsatisfied by most politicians.

I'm not really sure I am any one specific party. My opinions on the issues are all over the place.

Like Boohoo, I'm registered Democrat because my state has closed primaries however I consider myself to be nonpartisan. I vote on the person, not the party.

I'm eastern and independent. I guess it's probably more of a "which way do you lean" sort of poll? Registered inds. generally have certain leanings (even if we vote both ways)

Interesting how the voting pretty much represents the polarized political climate we live in!

I'm a republican, but I'm not really a typical republican. I take a stand on issues that "mainstream republicans" usually oppose. That's just me. I'm an oddity.

I consider myself more of a Socialist, but am a Registered Democrat, so I can vote in primaries. I live in Illinois, and due to rampant corruption in our government, I have voted for myself in two Gubernatorial elections. (Where did they get THAT word?)

I will probably again this year. We have more ex Governor in jail than any other state. May as well of voted for Cthulhu, it would have done less harm.

I identify as a libertarian, but I vote mostly democrat and always based on the people running and not just by the party.

Independent. I'm with Jello Biafra.

I'm for small government so I normally vote Republican since independents rarely get elected, however I like the stance I've heard of just sending everyone home from Congress and starting all over. There's not a lot of difference between either side they both like spending money that's not there's and they don't have to worry about having a balanced budget.

I vote democrat as I support social programs and liberal social attitudes.

I'm not really sure, but I think I identify more with a Libertarian stance, though voted Democrat in the last presidential election (it was my first election that I could actually vote in and felt I was choosing the proverbial "lesser of evils") though mostly right now I feel kind of like I just voted for a daisy

Damn it, next time I'm just voting for Basic Campfire....

(unless you play WoW, you probably won't get this reference, lol, just a heads up)

Lol, which is why I put the caption at the bottom, lol.

Pretty much (without going into a ton of details) it's saying that a non-human thing (in this case, a Basic Camp Fire from WoW) would probably make a better leader than: 1) the leader in office, or 2)the candidates running for a leadership position (in this case, for Warchief of a Faction known as the Horde).

Sort of like saying, "Well, I'd rather have a [hippo] in office than [McCain]" (fill in the brackets with whatever applicable), it's pretty much an insult to the intelligence and leadership abilities of the person in question, as it makes the assumption that a hippo, footstool, Basic Campfire, etc is more qualified in those departments than the person running for office.

Hope that clears it up I should have included the explanation in my above post for those who would be scratching their heads at my post. I'll try to remember that next time

I voted male democrat because that what I'm registered as but that only because my state has closed primaries. Otherwise I'd identify as independent.

I voted Female Other because I don't vote down party lines. I vote conservatively. I'm a registered conservative. I believe in less government and more freedom.
