Of course. But quite a few are held accountable. I seem to remember Winona Ryder being found guilty for shop-lifting. And, I think, Lindsay Lohan is going to jail for the same thing. Don't quote me on that, though. I don't pay all that much attention to celebrity gossip.

It's a bit funny because they often say that they just want to be treated like regular people, but they've no complaints about being held above the law.
