I'd like to know which people prefer and why. I personally enjoy porn from both depending on the porn itself but I'm wondering what other peoples opinions are. Do you prefer amateur because it's usually more realistic, or do you prefer pornstars because they know what their doing and you can see more from them..? Anything you have an opinion in the comparison of these would be great.

Definitely amateur or at least amateur looking pornstars. The idea that it is real life normal people is so much more appealing than people getting paid to have sex.

Either or both... it all depends on the content and whether it's hot and juicy enough to get me hot and juicy. I'd probably lean towards amateur just because it's less choreographed and "raw" and not as scripted. Saying that though... there are some hot pornstar scenes so again it all depends on the actual content and "heat" in the scenes.

I'd say that's sort of both. Some are more on the amateur side but I'm sure there are some who know what they're doing pretty well and more like a pornstar but I guess amateur is best to sum it all up lol

I'm glad quite a few people answered this. I agree with a lot of you. The non scripted, natural scenes are sometimes better because you know that the girl is actually coming rather than just saying the words because she's supposed to. But on the other hand, it is nice to see everything clearly when it's done by professionals. Thanks guys

It does depend on my mood, but in general I am more fond of the amateur porn. I just find it more realistic, and sometimes the couple involved actually seem to be passionate about each other - not just going through the motions. The scripted stuff seems so goofy and fake sometimes, and that just doesn't really do anything for me.

I like real women. By that I mean that I want to have a mixture of different people to look at. I don't want to watch porn where all the actors are like 5ft 6, weigh 110 pounds and have blond hair and a tatoo on there back. Thats cool sometimes but I like variety. Sometimes I want to see red heads, sometimes I want to see a girl that is a little voluptous, and sometimes I don't want to see it shaved all the time. And you cant beat watching sex performed by people that really want to have sex with each other, and not just doing it for the money.

Amateur can be hot, but I have had trouble finding good amateur gay stuff. Jerk-off videos, are everywhere, but if I wanted to watch that, I would look down. Then I have to find something that is long enough to be worth watching, but not so long, it takes 10 minutes to get to any nudity. I like this kind of slowness in real life, but for porn, I just want to look at some cocks while I get off. Add in the fact that I want the guys to be attractive, and I may as well go for professional.

Amatuers definetly get me going waaay more than Porn Stars. It could be overexposure, or the general fakeness- fake boobs, fake tans, samey hair and makeup, fake personality that turns me off. Not to say i still dont occasionally enjoy mainstream porn, just not as much as a good old homemade movie.

The amatuers could learn a thing or two about lighting and camera angles though.
