I would highly recommend the Rescue Me! series (Masters at Arms, Nobody's Hero, Nobody's Angel, Nobody's Perfect) by Kallypso Masters. They are a Military/BDSM/Erotic Romance novel series involving three Dominants (two Marines and a Navy Corpsman who served with the two Marines) as they open a private fetish club in Denver. Each book involves all of the men and the women they come to love. You can get the Kindle version of the first book, Masters at Arms, for free at Amazon.com. Kallypso is working on the fifth novel in the series, Somebody's Angel, which should be out by fall.
