I said "erotic sounds" but I do not like to hear other people having sex - just the one I'm with. Also, I would have chosen "Other" if there was one because hearing an erotic story by your significant other while they masturbate for you is the absolute best erotica in the world!!!

While stories are enticing to the mind I have to say that art is a real turn on. Why? When art is made with our own bodies, we react to those sensations. For example: I paint in canvas with my breasts. When I paint my whole body reacts to the texture of the canvas. Is a very sensual experience.

I haven't read much of the stories and my partner and I DO NOT watch porn or anything like it. I've read one or 2 short erotic stories that made me a little turned on, only the soft romantic ones though. We like hearing each other's sounds and my turn on is him, watching his hands touch me & feeling him. I don't get off by looking at others and I'm not even attracted to other men in a sexual way. I went to a teen-sex seminar when I was 18 with a friend in New York and they mentioned that females particularly enjoy literotica. I never saw any reason to want to READ a sexual story at age 18.
Once I returned home, I read the free book called "My Brother's Best Friend". It was a locally known erotic story. Paperback, low-grade cover quality. Obviously self-published. Turns out, the story was amazing. Hopefully that woman got published as a real adult author because the story was amazing.
Ever since that day, I've loved erotic literature. Not always to get off, but to relax, get ideas, or just to read. It can be very captivating, and definitely better than porn in so many ways. There's also literotica for EVERYONE. If you're into solo stories, war stories, married stories, single stories, gay/lesbian stories, and so on; There's something for you.
Literotica gives you the mind power to control how you want the fantasy to go. A lot of porn has things that you may not like, or find degrading as a female. With literotica, you can filter this out with your mind. Visualize what you want to see. Change characters and replace them with people you know. Possibilities are endless!
