I'm in the adult/sex work industry as a cam girl that also sells amateur porn . I know a couple of porn stars, and what I hear the money isn't quite as good as you'd think it would be. A girl can make about $1k for an average scene. To make just $100k, she would have to film a 100 scenes a year. I can easily make that camming, but without being so much in the public eye.
That's why you see a lot of porn stars on the camsites, they make good money with their name being in the industry but can easily make more with the cam side than the pro porn shoot side.
