(Fill in that blank with things like video games and horror movies for my particular situation.) I told him, several times, that it really depends on which particular girl you're asking before giving my own answer, but he still did it frequently.
It really annoyed me. I wouldn't have minded if he was always asking, "Do you like ____?" instead. As it was, I just wanted to grab him and shout, "I can't answer for every woman!" (Before anyone asks, this wasn't the reason we broke up. )
