Love this. And agree. I think everyone's definition of what "true love" is can vary.

I'm of the opinion that falling in love is easy. Making relationships work, being compatible, staying together, etc. is the hard part. So, if you fall in love in less than a month, enjoy it. But from my experience you have to keep practicality in mind and don't get married or move in together until you let the hormones settle.

I don't think that falling in love is a singular experience. Everyone does it differently, and everyone has different markers for when they realize they're 'in love' with a person. So it's not something easy to quantify in general, let alone deciding time frames in which it can happen.

I'm not really a 'love at first sight' believer or anything, but I do think that if interactions with a person are rather intense and personal, it is possible to fall in love quickly.

But as others have said, staying in love is a whole other matter!

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. I once thought I was in love within that time period... turns out it was just obsession/infatuation.

Yes. The heart can definitely cause you to fall in love quickly, but it is important to really sit down and think things through. It's best when the heart and brain are in agreement.
