My boyfriend recently left for basic training. While he is gone, one of our mutual friends who is also in the ARMY and a lesbian is coming to stay with me one weekend next month.
We have talked about messing around while she is here. What are your views?
Do you consider it cheating? (Please note that my boyfriend is aware of everything and doesn't care.)

If your boyfriend is aware of it and ok with it, then it is not cheating. That doesn't necessarily mean you have to do it, or that it's even the right thing for you to do, but it is an option.

You should also think about how you'll feel around this friend in the future. If it could ruin the friendship, or make things awkward, it might not be worth the risk. Also, make sure the friend knows it would just be experimentation, and that you plan to stay with your boyfriend - you wouldn't want her to get her feelings hurt.
