my last partner didn't even bother with foreplay for me let alone massages.
It is nice to have them occasionally, not sure about every time though!

I always give a massage first. I'm not much of a "receiver" though.

I've read that women's libido's appear lower, especially if you are Mom's, because you just can't "switch gears".

So my solution is to offer several massages per week.

Every time before sex - which admittedly is only 3x/month - I'll give her a 45-60 minute massage to get her mind off of everything else so she can actually be with me. Works for us.

Its usually used as foreplay with me and my guy. I love getting them and he knows how to play my buttons to get me ready for more quickly.

It is rare that we include a massage before or after. But I have just bought her some massage oils to increase the number of massages, hopefully.

My bf gives me massages....I never give them lol. I'm bad, but it's not my fault; he loves to touch me, even to just put lotions on me.
