Almost always, though I suppose if sexting and dirty talk before we can be alone counts, then always. We've got 4 kids. Sometimes, one or both of us is so turned on we opt for a midday quickie with very little to no foreplay. As a woman, I actually find this nice, though I know many probably would not. Sometimes, I'm too tired for a full session! And quick sex is better than none!

We don't always have intercourse, but we ALWAYS have foreplay. For us, it's not just "fore" either - it's often "during" and even sometimes, "after".
