Not sure about the paint, but the dust is nice. Sweet but not too sweet, plus it's not too messy!

I think if you're sensitive to texture, paint may be truer-to-label than dust, but I'm not certain.

Body dust is more like a flavored confectioner's sugar where as the body paint is more like hot fudge. Both have their uses and are fun, but hard to compare to each other.
