It's his job to take off the top first.
If he can't take off my bra, he's too lazy for sex and obviously must not want it that badly.

Maybe I should have voted "other" instead of bottoms. Usually I take off pants/skirt, leave underwear on then take off top, bra, then underwear. Unless I am wearing his shirt (especially a buttondown), then it's bottoms off, leave shirt loose, take off underwear, unhook bra and slip it out from under shirt then let him unbutton the top.
