Occasionally on the weekends we take time for some after play. But more often we have some dialog about what worked well and what didn't.

Not very often. Usually we are just so relaxed, and tired after our day, that we cuddle & fall asleep.

My partner doesn't really care for POSTplay, but I certainly do. So even though it isn't really a "bone of contention", it is a small disappointment, that we only rarely engage in that extra little pleasure.

Most of the time we do, the 'after cuddle' just holding each other reflecting on what we both shared, the pleasure we both felt. Afterwards we join each other in the living room each with a glass of wine or cocktail and a lite snack say cheese and crackers and just keep each other company. That is of course in the evening.

In the morning its usually just the 'after cuddle' and then share a late breakfast together.

Definitely!!! When we are finished it is light touching, a few cuddles and SNACK TIME~!!!! Then we grab the dog and let her on the bed....and go to sleep.
