Oh I can have nipple gasms! And it's wonderful!

For me though it's not a "be all end all" orgasm. It's an "opening the door to needing vaginal orgasms" type experience for me.

For example D can give me a clitoral orgasm and I'll be good to go; that's enough. but if he gives me nipple orgasms it's sort of a one way street, he needs to be prepared for sex, or at least me needing to use a toy to finish myself off. I think if I were to have one or more nipple gasms and not have vaginal orgasms it would be like female blueballs for me LOL

You have to find the right partner and also the right stimuli. For me I have sensitive breasts so it is easy for me to have an orgasm from stimulation. Some of my ex-girlfriends have had a hard time due to a decrease in sensations. For them it was almost like they couldn't feel anything at all on their breast. I had to work long and hard to find something that worked and in 2 cases never was able to. In the end it is all dependent on your body and your personal turn-ons.

I wish it was that easy! But I'm just not that sensitive. I become a little more sensitive when i'm on my period, but not enough to orgasm from breast touch alone.
