Our foreplay usually starts from the moment we wake up and get ready for the day. We are very "touchy-feely" and vocal.

I think we classify foreplay differently than most people do. Our foreplay mostly consists of the things we do while we are fully clothed (talking dirty throughout the day, grabbing each other, stolen kisses, occasional neck-nibbles here and there). We consider our play-time without clothing on as having sex, regardless of whether or not it is petting, oral, anal, or whatever.

That in mind, depending on our mood and how horny we are, the intensity can vary greatly. If things are really hot, then it is rough and tough. If we are feeling more sensual, then we go slow and take our time enjoying every inch of each other's body.
