I voted for the ring because it has clit stimulation which is probably what will work for you. Unless your guy is really short I don't see the benefit of an extender.

My opinion is that you will probably be much happier with a ring rather than an extension. Extensions don't usually do much for either party whereas rings can be good for both parties. I have rarely heard about any one that has a good experience with extensions, myself included.

One seems a bit thicker than the other, so I have to be really worked up to use that one, or I will have trouble keeping it up with it on. I've tried some of those girth enlarging sleeves and we both plain did not like them. If you want him to be larger, consider a hollow strap-on since it's much more secure and gives you more size options.

I would not ever want to try an extension! No desire to at all. We've tried a vibe ring once, but it seemed to only get in the way.
