Do the pets sleep with you and who is the one who likes it that way?

We laugh about the fact we have three large Rottweilers and yes, they all sleep in tbe bed with us!!! We have a King size bed and even then, we sometimes have about 4 inches of space each to "stretch out". Crazy? Yup. However, we have both always had pups in our beds. Growing up and then living on our own before getting together. It was just a "given" by both of us, that this was the way it worked. Of course, growing up we each only had one dog at a time, and they were smaller. Oh well...keeps life interesting. The odd thing is that we have a newly finished "adult playroom", with all kinds of "play areas" and a big King size bed in the middle. The dogs do not go in that room..ever. We don't want dog hair in there, plus it's our "private" space. We could, technically, spend the night in there, if we wanted, after a long, or late "romp", but never do. We always return to the regular bedroom, and the fuzzy bed buddies! (Thankfully, they don't get in our faces. The young boy sleeps at the foot, the girl between us and the older big boy usually sleeps on the edge, either my side or hubbies.

The dog sleeps in her own bed most of the time, but we don't really have much say in whether the cats do or not. Mine's actually taken a liking to laying in my face and pawing at it

My boyfriend is the same way with our puppy (Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix). I can't stand it! First being that my boyfriend likes to sleep on my side of the bed anyways. Meaning most of his side of the bed is empty. You think the dog sleeps there? Nope. The dog wants in between us. Then when the dog gets into what I call Chihuahua mode, he wants to bite at everything. Great for the guy who sleeps on his stomach. Not so great for me who sleeps on my side! But I'm breaking both of these habits.

Our dogs always sleep with us. Unfortunately, it is something they were doing before we got together.... and it just felt mean to make them stop. Also unfortunately, they are both 70+ lbs. We have too small of a bed for the four of us!

My cat sleeps curled up at my side for most of the night, she's too cute for me to move her.

No, the dog would take up half of the bed! We did it for a few years, but then kicked her off.

Both cats sleep with us and we like it that way. If they don't come to bed with us, they are usually up all night making lots of noise.

We have a cat who occasionally snuggles with me, and a 90-lb Great Dane/lab mix who we used to not let on the bed...but he's such a good cuddler (and warm!) that we just let him. Sometimes he's a bed hog and snores (but the same can be said for Mr. Awkword...), but usually I don't mind it.
