While in a long-term relationship, do you end up settling into a few positions that really work for you, or are you always doing something different? Or do you do a bit of both?

My partner and I have found 2-3 positions it's easiest for me to orgasm in, and we often do those but sometimes we do other things when we're in the mood or if we're scared we'll get bored!

doggystyle is my fav but my partner also likes legs over shoulders and me on top

We have our main 6 positions and switch it up every couple of weeks with a new position. We have a couple kama sutra books but we rarely use them.

We try new one but most of the time go back to the same positions, with my rheumatoid arthritis is can be hard finding new ones that don't hurt.

We've got a couple that reliably get her off. Once in a while we change it up, but it's always a danger. Mostly, positionwise we stay in comfortable areas especially while trying new tricks with the ropes or new toys. Changing too many things at once is a recipe for frustration.

That said, new is fun. Got to keep looking for the new and something that failed a few years ago can succeed grandly today.

I would love a variety, but due to both hubby's and mine own weight, it's rather hard to get into a lot of positions, so we stick with pretty much about 5 of them.
