I've always thought "genital massage" was a silly term. I always picture someone doing those chopping motions up and down the length of my penis. I prefer to call manual sex, things like handjob, or fingering.

To answer the original question, I probably would not pay to have a professional massage my genitals. I'd much prefer to have someone do it, who actually wanted to, (and who wanted me to reciprocate!)

I go to an adult massage place (no not a prostitute house). They offer these services at the end of ever session. I actually asked "Do you mean a hand job?" and it's really just like a massage therapist massaging your outer labia, inner labia, and pelvic area. They don't go inside your vagina or stimulate the clitoris. For males they do outer prostate massage around the pelvis, perineum, and they massage the penis and testicles.

I have never said yes to it. Not because I am in a relationship, but just because I find it very weird to have a stranger touching my kitty. My fiance and I do this as a couple though... quite often actually.

What do you mean by "professional"? A hooker or a massage therapist? I've never known any "massage saloons" where ppl massage your genitals but not called hookers.

Interesting. This would probably be kinda awkward for me. Especially if I got aroused and couldn't do anything about it. It might also be more awkward if it was a girl. (I'm a gay man)
