I don't necessarily mean sexually.. but more emotionally.. I find after so long things become a bit repetitive

It's tough sometimes, especially after having kids. We just try to get out and do something we used to do before we were married. Even if it's just a movie or dinner, maybe a concert.

We always like to try new things. we've been together 15 years and yet there is always something new to try whether that's sexually or a new place to eat or visit to. We have date nights too which help us to keep things fresh. It can be hard after having kids.

I've only been with my boyfriend for 4 years, but I definitely understand that boredom that can come from doing the same thing all the time. It's not that I don't enjoy spending time with my boyfriend, but cuddling on the couch EVERY night just doesn't do it for me!

We spice things up by varying and trying new things sexually (such as voyeurism and anal), but I try to plan new adventures for us outside of the bedroom. You mentioned going to concerts, and that's been a big one for us. As music trends change, it gives our relationship something new to hang on to if things are getting old. We've both pushed ourselves to do things we know the other dislikes. For me, my boyfriend will put on some music and dance with me around my house even though he hates to dance. I'll eat Asian food even though I hate it just because he loves it.

Good luck! If you're happy, boredom can be easy enough to overcome.
