I wouldn't bother if I had any. When I break up with someone, I expect them to not go flaunting stuff from out time together; in the future, I think that should include sex tapes that we said were for our eyes only.

Nope, anything that was made with an ex gets deleted/destroyed. His ex is lucky that he's nice about stuff like that and I'm lucky my ex never did anything with the few pictures I sent him.

I've made a couple tapes with an ex years ago, but I wouldn't show them to my current lover. Honestly, I think it was because I had more body fat then and it wasn't very sexy. (Yes, I know, I am shallow). Also, on a more serious level, it's just not my kink, so I wouldn't be interested in showing it to him.
