We have both enjoyed toy's in the bedroom, for about the last 9 months. Before that I traveled a lot so I had a couple of strokers, she did not care as long as they did not have a pulse.

I have been using toys for years but my hubby was kind of new to the whole thing. He had never been in an adult toy shop before me. It was really fun to watch his reaction to me pulling out really different toys like fists and extra large butt plugs...LMAO. Now that we have been together for a while, he has his own collection too!

There are some that we use together, but we don't use them every time. The Mystic Wand gets used just about every time, but the other toys aren't an all the time type of thing.

We both love toys... but my favorite toy will always be him... lol... I'm the one who introduced him to the wonderful world of toys, lol... When we started seeing each other I was a distributor for a fun party company... It was a blast... He used to LOVE coming with me to couple's parties, lol... And I actually rather us play with toys together than me play with them alone...

It's a rarity for use not to use toys during or leading up to sex. I say just bust one out and tell your partner to see what happens while you use it. Once they see how hot you are using it and how worked up you'll be there's no way they could not be into the idea.

Sometimes we need a little extra "Umph" some times we don't. Its nice to have them if we do need them or feel like changing up the situation once in awhile.

I wouldn't say he is COMPLETELY ok but he is in general. If the toy is used to help me orgasm as we have sex he's all for it. Otherwise, he doesn't like toys all that much.

I didn't answer the poll. My boyfriend has said (repeatedly) that he wants to "see" my toys - and I know that he wants to use them in the bedroom (I feel silly saying "in the bedroom", like using them in the garage or the living room would be a different story) Anyway - I am not sure that I want to involve the toys in sex.
I have a difficult time reaching orgasm with toys - probably because so much of my arousal is mental and I don't fantasize, so that makes masturbation a bit harder.
I've always had much better, stronger orgasms from sex than from masturbation, and stronger, better orgasms from penetrative sex than from clitoral stimulation. I just don't think involving toys is going to make things better but I can easily see how they can make things worse. And I know that this makes me weird.

Guys can be intimidated by sex toys thinking that perhaps they are inadequate. I stared incorporating toys slowly with my current b/f (almost together three yrs now), I respected his preferences, initially he didn't like realistic dils and some other limitations. He now loves toys in that he will frequently choose a dil or vibe, wash it, lube it and put it on the night stand so ready to go.
He now enjoys watching me as well. Toys are very much incorporated into our sex life.
