I was just reading a post where a woman asked a man what he was thinking while she gave him oral and he said he was trying not to think of a sexy female celebrity.

That got me wondering...do people really fantasize of other people wether they are famous or not during sexual activities with their partner/s?

Do you fantasize of others, do you feel guilty about it? Would you be jealous knowing your partner was fantasizing of someone in some magasine or some random sexy person?

Is fantasizing during sex about someone you know personally, inappropriate?

What crosses the threshold of "ok" and "not ok" for you in terms of fantasizing during sex?

I have never really fantazised about someone else while I was having sex with my partner. I am always very involved in the present to think of anyone else.

For my solo play, I'll fantazise about many things, and I don't feel bad about them at all, even if it does not involve my significant other (when I have one).

But, I would feel uncomfortable knowing that my partner thinks of someone else when he's having sex with me. I am ok with the idea of him fantasizing with a female celebrity when I am going down on him and he's appreciating the moment, but not with a woman he knew personally. That's where my jealousy kicks in. There is less chance that he would be tempted or have the opportunity to act on the fantasy.

I haven't really done this a lot. Sometimes if we're playing out a fantasy and he suggests it, I do, but he's always involved in it.

Solo play is different, and I don't feel guilty if I do fantasize about someone else, but usually it's just fantasizing about my husband.
