I don't wear heels for everyday use, because it's simply not practical. But I have become pretty good at being able to put some ridiculous heels on my feet. A big part of the foot fetish community is about heels- and the higher, the better. So I've gotten pretty accustomed to it. I generally wear 4" heels or so, anything much taller seems a bit stripper-ish to me. Not to mention it makes me feel way too tall (I'm 5'7" ish, so 6 inch heels are a bit ridiculous!)

When I was in high school I could wear 3"-4" high boots to school. And I had to do a lot of walking. That is probably one of the reasons why my back hurts so bad today. Now I am 28 and the highest heel I can probably wear is half an inch and that is if I am mainly sitting. I do much better in my Nike Shoxs due to my bad back and arthritis in my foot and hips.

As long as it's a good fitting pair of heels I can do anything! Unfortunately weight loss has my hooker heels too big so I can't wear them well. I adore my platform Heel boots and wear them every chance I get! And I'm 6' Tall too!! I figure if you haven't figured out I need to be put on a pedestal then I'll give you a clue by making you look up to me til you figure it out!! LOL OK OK Really I just like people to hug me and have to do that whole face plant in the ta-ta's thing!! It amuses me!

Quite often wear 4' and 5' heels all day for work and then head out at night time in them as well and have no issues.
Ive gotten pretty used to wearing heels so much that wearing flats almost feels uncomfortable sometimes
I have some 6' and 7' heels but they have a platform on them so are still probably only actually a 4-5' heel (and usually only for the bedroom or parties)
I dont think i own a pair of heels below about 3.5', almost feels like what is the point of wearing something that low to me

I'm already 5'8", so I'm not really interested in making myself any taller. I can't walk in anything with more than 3/4" of a heel, anyway, considering the last time I did, I fell and broke my fingers and wrist on one hand.

I forgot to mention i also have a pair of what i call "ballet heels" where they are basically a ballerina on their toes type look (eg about a 7" heel and no platform)
hehe now they are hard to walk in!! Mainly used when already in bed and for appearances.
I can't walk too far in them but i have been tied up against the wall wearing them and that definately was hard work for my poor feet
So these are my highest heels i have but i can't really walk in them at all (infact i wonder if anyone can?)

I've gotten to the point where I can't even wear 3-4 inch heels outside my room...it's far too painful between the ball of my foot and my toes. Wish I could fix that, I love heels! I just can't walk anywhere in them. Doesn't help that my city is on a hill.

Trust me they are definately insane to wear but i feel so good with them on. You just have to dress up with them on as well with fishnets (like the photo above) and a sexy outfit or lingerie. Although i have been known to just have these on with a ball gag as well!!
I have slightly learnt how to walk in them but its not really a sexy strut like you can do in other heels that arent quite as high
THey are good fun, My man loves cumming on them when i have them on!
